Jesus a False End-Times Prophet

  Yahushua a False End-Times Prophet?end time

Article First Published  D21  M10 2023

[pw = pagan word]

Many cite the words of Yahushua  (pw Jesus) regarding the signs of the end times

Mar 13:30  Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done. KJV

They are then quick to say that these apocalyptic things or signs that he spoke of certainly did not happen and that that generation obviously did pass away . They claim he is a false prophet or liar.

The answer is simple. Yahushua is not a liar nor a false prophet. Yahushua is the Son of Elohim (pw God) but he is not Elohim no matter how much Christendom tries to heretically force that lie upon him (see: Why Jesus is not God ) . Yahushua is not all knowing or omniscient. That is reserved for YAHUAH alone for there is one YAHUAH and one first begotten Son Yahushua.

Remember that Yahushua is giving a summary of the signs of things that are on the horizon. He clearly  denies having omniscience and sovereignty  since he says :

Mat 24:36  “But concerning that day and hour no one knows, not even the malakim (pw angels) of shamayim (pw heaven), nor the Son, but the Father only. ESV

It is clear that the translators did not choose the correct word when translating this verse. Perhaps they were trying to force omniscience onto Yahushua when it is not there to bolster their heretical lies that he is Elohim. They instead made Yahushua look like a liar once again. Let's look at the verse and correct it.

Mar 13:30  Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be done*. KJV

Now, the Greek in Strong's  is shown for the word "done" :

G1096
γίνομαι
ginomai
ghin'-om-ahee
A prolonged and middle form of a primary verb; to cause to be (“gen” -erate), that is, (reflexively) to become (come into being), used with great latitude (literally, figuratively, intensively, etc.): - arise be assembled, be (come, -fall, -have self), be brought (to pass), (be) come (to pass), continue, be divided, be done, draw, be ended, fall, be finished, follow, be found, be fulfilled, + God forbid, grow, happen, have, be kept, be made, be married, be ordained to be, partake, pass, be performed, be published, require, seem, be showed, X soon as it was, sound, be taken, be turned, use, wax, will, would, be wrought.
Total KJV occurrences: 672

The verse is thus rendered correctly now:

Mrevelationar 13:30  Verily I say unto you, that this generation shall not pass, till all these things be shown. KJV

This is undoubtly true.  Yahushua most certainly did "show" all these end-time things in detail to the disciple Yahuchanon (John) in Revelations by way of a vision. The Revelation of Yahushua to Yahuchanon was the final book of the scriptures and Yahuchanon was kept alive in that same generation. This was a miracle in itself since many of the disciples were put to death.  Take a look at the wonderful harmony of scripture with the word properly rendered as 'show'

Rev 1:1  The revelation of Yahushua the Anointed One (pw Jesus Christ), which Elohim (pw God) gave him to show to his servants the things that must soon take place. He made it known by sending his malak (pw angel) to his servant Yahuchanon (John)

The Greek here for this word has only  one option and so there is no mistake here that it is "show"

G1166
δεικνύω
deiknuō
dike-noo'-o
A prolonged form of an obsolete primary of the same meaning; to show (literally or figuratively): - shew.
